By agreeing to our Terms of Service, you confirm you have read and are aware of the following:

1. Reporting is generated solely from documentation provided by the Purchaser. The Purchaser understands that SJC Reviews is not responsible to report on information not clearly provided. In the event new information becomes available, SJC Reviews will offer one (1) rewrite of a document, at no additional cost, so long as it is (A) done prior to the sale date, and (B) does not constitute a material change to more than 50% of the product. Deliverable within seven (7) business days, or otherwise a mutually agreeable date.

2. In the event new information provided requires revisiting more than 50% of the document material, as determined by the sole and reasonable discretion of SJC Reviews, the Purchaser will agree to an additional fee of $150, considered due and payable upon delivery of the updated document.

3. The Purchaser understands the Report provided is intended to augment the sales and review process and: (1) does not constitute a guarantee, (2) does not constitute or replace a legal opinion, (3) is not intended as a commentary of the viability of a purchase, and (4) does not in any capactity replace the diligence of any parties. The Purchaser indimnifies and holds harmless SJC Reviews from any liability borne from their (or their Agents) use and interpretation of the Report.

4. The Purchaser understands documentation and data collected as related to the Condominium project will form part of the SJC Reviews database. All personal information related to the Purchaser will remain confidential, in accordance with pertinent legislation, and would not be relased without their express written consent.

5. In the unlikely event of a conflict, the purchaser will agree to reasonable attempts at resolution. Should no resolution be found, the Purchaser will accept a full refund of the document preparation fee, less any service charges, as a full and final satisfaction for any claims.
